Postage & Returns

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

Items will be sent with Australia Post within 2 – 5 business days of final payment.

All shelves are made to order and take 10 – 14 business days to construct (as mentioned in item description) if you purchase a shelf and other items they will be held and posted with the shelf if it is safe to do so. (please see below)
If you require your crystals sooner please purchase them separately to the shelf.

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

Postage costs:
$10.00 – Standard Shipping
$15.00 – Express Shipping

Shipping for any order containing a shelf:
$15 – Standard Shipping
$20 – Express Shipping

Gift Card Postage:
Free – regular post letter
$7 – Express post letter
If you choose to have your gift card posted it will be free of charge for standard letter post, if you have other items in your cart it will return to our standard postage fees.
If you do not want your gift card sent with any other items please checkout separately.

Pick Up:
We are now offering free order pick up for our local customers.
We are located in Penrith, NSW, 2750
Once your order is complete we will contact you via email to arrange pick up. All pick up will be 100% CONTACT FREE.
Our standard order processing times still apply.

Regular Post || METRO AREAS – Please allow up to 5 BUSINESS days
OTHER AREAS – Please allow up to 7 BUSINESS days

Express Post || METRO AREAS – Next BUSINESS day
OTHER AREAS – Please allow up to 3 BUSINESS days

AUS POST IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19

All standard and express post options will have a tracking number; this will be emailed to you directly from Australia Post.

At times it may not be safe to ship your crystals and shelf together. If this is the case you will be contacted and your items will be shipped separately. This will be of no extra cost to you.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We are not require to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

While extreme care is taken when packing your order Astra & Stone takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

If your item is lost or damaged please contact Australia Post to process a claim. If your item has been stolen please contact Australia Post and the police to make a report.
